Lisa began her service with the Mercer Street Friends Board of Trustees in 2024. As VP and Owner of Parry Insurance, she is an experienced fifth-generation property casualty agent. She delights in customizing insurance programs for her personal and business clients. She is well versed negotiating claims settlements for her clients with the various carriers her agency represents. Lisa also enjoys working in the insurance industry speaking on automation issues that impact insurance agents and their carrier partners. Throughout the course of her career, she has served in leadership roles on national committees and campaigns to further automation and workflows for insurance agents.
A dedicated advocate of the Quaker faith and supporter of her community, Lisa currently serves as Treasurer of Bucks Quarterly Meeting and on the finance committee for Buckingham Friends School. Lisa recently completed 12 years of board service at George School, her alma mater, and completed her tenure as clerk of the George School Engagement Committee. She previously served as Treasurer of Solebury Friends Meeting for nine years.
Lisa earned her bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
