Randall West, Chief Administrative Officer, joined Mercer Street Friends in April 2025, bringing with him four decades of experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. He is widely known for his integrity, professionalism, and ability to foster collaborative workplace cultures.
West’s career reflects a deep commitment to operational excellence and social impact. He previously served as Dealer Affairs Manager and National Merchandising Manager at Ford Motor Company, where he was responsible for strengthening communication between Ford and its dealer network and driving successful outcomes companywide. In 1996, he became Owner and CEO of a Ford dealership in Lawrenceville, N.J., revitalizing the business through strategic community partnerships and a focus on sustainable growth.
In addition to his business accomplishments, West has maintained a strong presence in the nonprofit sector. He has served on the boards of the New Jersey Coalition of Automotive Retailers (NJ CAR) and The First Tee of Greater Trenton. He currently serves on the board of The Second Baptist Church in Moorestown, N.J.
West holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University (1981). He and his wife, Jaye, are proud parents of three children: Randall Jr. (New York), Rachel (United Kingdom), and Royce (Massachusetts).
