Aubrey Haines has over 30 years’ experience in the Princeton market and has been responsible for negotiating over $2.5 billion in leasing and sales transactions. His extensive experience includes acquiring and marketing office and industrial space, directing land development, consulting and investment property sales and purchases.
Over his career, Aubrey has arranged complex multi-party transactions including corporate office facilities, research and development labs, data processing/storage centers, apartments, retail space and telecommunications switching space. Aubrey currently represents the owners of more than 3 million square feet of existing and proposed office space in the Princeton Region.
Aubrey leads Mercer Oak as CEO and is Managing Partner of both our Princeton Property Management and Princeton Property Partner affiliate companies.
Aubrey majored in Economics at Tufts University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985. He also spent a year at The London School of Economics in 1983-84.
Aubrey has served in several leadership positions in Princeton Area community organizations including President of the Princeton Corridor Rotary Club and Chairman of the Board of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce. Aubrey is currently a Vice-Chair of the Foundation Board at Thomas Edison State University and is also Vice-Chair of the Urban Development Mixed-Use (Red) Council at Urban Land Institute.
Aubrey lives with his wife Suzie and four boys in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The Haines family resides in a home that was built by Aubrey’s ancestors in 1769. The Haines family has lived in New Jersey since 1685 and several members of the family have served in leadership positions in State, County and Local Government.
