Tiknika Nollie

Tiknika Nollie joined Mercer Street Friends in May 2026, bringing eight years of human resources leadership experience and a deep passion for developing talent and strengthening workplace culture. She is dedicated to creating workplace environments where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.

Before joining Mercer Street Friends, Tiknika served as Senior Manager of Human Resources and Administration for the Trenton Health Team, where she partnered with leadership to advance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Her comprehensive HR background spans employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and policy development.

At Mercer Street Friends, Tiknika leads the talent strategy, organizational development, and key cross‑functional initiatives that support long‑term growth. She is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusion, ensuring people‑centered practices align directly with the organization’s mission and values. Tiknika firmly believes that strong organizations are built on trust, open communication, and continuous investment in people.

Tiknika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University.

Outside of work, Tiknika enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, who keep her grounded, laughing, and inspired.
